Makita’s new slide compound saw LS002G is a high-power cordless machine for heavy duty use. XGT® technology and brushless motor provide same kind of powerful sawing experience as its corded competitors with 1000 W.

Combination of power and compact design

LS002G has powerful brushless motor and its power source is the new 40 V Max XGT® -series battery. The saw can reach a No Load Speed of 4800 RPM and it has a max cutting capacity of 70 x 312 mm at a 90° angle.

Equipped with single sliding system and rail-forward design saw can be positioned against a wall, to save space. Extendable sub tables help cutting of long work pieces. Twin LED lights illuminate the working area and create precise sawing line.

Easy adjustment and soft use

Precision miter angle is easily adjusted by turning a knob on the turn base. Miter angle can be adjusted to left and right by 60°. Easy locking and release of bevel angle by turning the dial behind the front grip. Bevel angle can be adjusted to left and right by up to 48°.

LS002G has rubberized handle and large trigger switch for comfort and convenience. Soft start feature makes use of the saw smooth.

Clean working with one push of button

AWS (Auto-start Wireless System) connects the saw to compatible vacuum cleaners via Bluetooth connection. With AWS feature, the vacuuming starts, when the trigger switch is pushed. Redesigned blade case steers the sawdust away from the operator of the saw.
