Angle Grinder XGT® 40V Max
GA005G has excellent performance and efficiency similar to a corded 1000 W grinder. New toolless wheel cover allows for fast and easy angle adjustment and installation/removal of wheel cover. The machine has AFT technology (Active Feedback sensing Technology) which turns the motor off if rotation speed suddenly slows or wheel is forced to stop. GA005G has a brushless motor that efficiently uses energy to match torque and RPM to the changing demands of the application. Machine is also equipped with Anti-restart function which is engineered to prevent motor start up when battery is inserted with switch locked on.
Enhanced Safety And Durability
The grinder features AFT (Active Feedback sensing Technology), that shuts down the tool to protect the user, if the rotation speed suddenly slows down and XPT (Extreme Protection Technology) protects the machine in outdoor applications or harsh environments, protection from dust and dripping water is enhanced. High durability is improved with large ball bearings which supports the motor and also the machine has a new switch design to reduces contact wearness. Soft start suppresses start-up reaction for smooth start-ups and longer gear life. Side handle can be installed on either side of the tool for operator convenience. Wheel cover protects operator from accidental scattering of broken wheel or workpiece with minimal wheel cover movement.
