Chainsaw XGT® 40V Max
Makita´s new Cordless Chainsaw has excellent cutting performance equivalent to 42mL petrol-powered chain saws for smooth felling of trees with about 300mm trunk diameter. Thanks to XGT Technology, the new UC015G operates with one 40Vmax battery and is applicable to heavy duty operation with excellent work efficiency.
Its BL motor delivers 0-25.5 m/s (0-1,530 m/min) (0-5,020 FPM) chain speed for fast cutting and maximum productivity with mechanical and electric brake.
Work fast, easy and efficient
UC015G has a large oil filling port with a view window that allows operator to easily add and check bar oil level. Thanks to electric motor chainsaw, there is no need to change engine oil or spark plug, clean air filter or drain fuel for storage.
For more control, machine´s metal spike bumper firmly grips the workpiece making cutting even easier. UC015G has high water resistance allowing to operate the machine even if it is wet with water.

UC015G has main power switch with auto power-off function for battery saving and avoiding unintentional start ups. The machine also has a battery protection circuit to protect against overloading, over-discharging and over-heating.
UC015G has an 80TXL saw chain for increased cutting efficiency and BL motor that delivers 0-25.5 m/s (0-1,530 m/min) (0-5,020 FPM) chain speed for fast cutting.
